A few ways to use this extraordinary crystal during meditation:
1. Hold the crystal in your dominate hand (the hand you write with). VERY Slowly move your thumb up the etchings on the side of the crystal. Keep a strong focus/intention on contacting your spirit guide, expecting their presence to be felt once you reach the top.
2. When you need to resolve an issue that seems impossible, hold the crystal in your dominate hand, completely relax your body and mind (as best you can).
