We do not accept returns. All items are final sale. ASK ALL QUESTIONS PRIOR TO PURCHASE. We will only accept returns if an item description was grossly incorrect (which will never happen)! On the very RARE occasion it is allowed, shipping will not be refunded and return shipping is responsibility of the buyer. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note: All of our crystals are natural and natural = chips, fractures, imperfections etc. View all photo's using the zoom feature. *Monitors are different on every computer. Ask any questions before purchasing. Many photo's are taken outdoors - We DO NOT enhance photos!

All items SHIPPED WITHIN THE USA will be insured. Although we pack our items very well, sometimes these things happen. If you receive a damaged order, save ALL packaging, take several photo's and contact us within 48 hours of receipt of package. DO NOT SHIP THE ITEM BACK as this will VOID THE INSURANCE. Shipping cost is not refundable. Once the package leaves our hands we have no control over what happens to it. YOU MUST TAKE THE PACKAGE AND ALL PACKING MATERIALS TO YOUR LOCAL USPS. THEY WILL START A CLAIM FOR YOU. IF THEY KEEP THE PACKAGING AND DAMAGED ITEM MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT THAT IS SIGNED AND STAMPED!! Claims through the USPS are usually settled within 30 days. YES! We gladly combine shipping on all eligible items. Some large crystals need to ship separately because of size and weight. If you feel the calculated shipping cost came out too high, please contact us since the calculations are not perfect. We will do everything we can to reduce the cost.

YES, Through paypal. You do not need to sign up for a paypal account in order to use paypal. If you have any trouble, just contact us and we will send a direct invoice to you.

On those rare occasions orders are lost, you will need to wait approx. 45 days before any refund is given. The USPS will not file a lost claim for 45 days during which time the item is likely to show up.
